Taylor provides affirming, sex-positive, and collaborative therapy for adults, college students, young professionals, and people seeking support either individually or within relationships. She works with clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, self-esteem, grief, life transitions, and the impact of stigma. Taylor offers couples therapy as well as therapy for people in polyamorous, open, and other relationship structures. She creates a space where clients can show up honestly without fear of judgment, especially when feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected from themselves, or weighed down by shame.
As a queer, femme-presenting therapist, Taylor understands how hard it can be to find compassion for the parts of ourselves that carry doubt, pain, or uncertainty. She works especially well with clients exploring identity, sexuality, relationships, substance use, and major life changes, as well as those seeking support around grief and loss.
Taylor has dedicated her career to working with people whose lives are often shaped by societal stigma, including sex workers and people who use substances. Her approach is grounded in bodily autonomy, harm reduction, and meeting clients where they are. She believes therapy can be a place to build self-understanding, strengthen self-trust, and move toward meaningful change at a realistic pace.
Her work draws from person-centered therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. Taylor tailors her approach to each client’s needs and aims to create a therapeutic space that feels compassionate, practical, and empowering.
