At Positive Regard Therapy (PRT), our groups are designed to be structured, affirming, and skills-focused. This is not “everyone vents for 90 minutes.” There is room for real talk, and we pair it with tools, prompts and practice.

PRT is LGBTQ+ affirming and sex-positive in our approach, and we aim to create groups where clients can show up without having to translate themselves.
