Judi Moore is the Client Support Manager at Positive Regard Therapy and has been with the practice since its very beginning as employee number two. She plays a central role in supporting both clients and clinicians, overseeing billing, insurance coordination, and the many operational details that help keep the practice functioning smoothly day to day.
Clients may connect with Judi when questions or concerns arise related to billing, insurance, or other administrative matters. She brings an organized, thoughtful, and steady approach to her work, helping clients navigate those issues with clarity and care. Judi also works closely with clinicians and leadership to support consistent systems, workflows, and communication across the practice.
PRT’s focus on serving LGBTQ+ communities is especially meaningful to Judi on a personal level. Her son identifies as part of the community, and she has long been a supportive advocate for him and for LGBTQ+ people more broadly. This lived connection deepens her commitment to helping create a practice environment where clients feel respected, affirmed, and taken seriously.
Through her long-standing role at PRT, Judi brings continuity, institutional knowledge, and a strong sense of care to the practice. Her work helps ensure that both clients and clinicians are supported behind the scenes so therapeutic work can happen with as few barriers as possible.
Mei Lin Barral is Positive Regard Therapy’s Intake & Scheduling Coordinator. For many new clients, Mei Lin is their first point of contact when reaching out to the practice. She helps guide clients through the intake process by following up on inquiries, helping match clients with a therapist, verifying insurance coverage, reviewing copays and deductibles, and making sure everything is in place for a smooth first session.
